rok-health ยท Last updated: 2026-09-10

rok-health is a private, single-user application. This policy explains what data it accesses, why, and how it is handled.

1. Who uses this app

rok-health is operated by, and for, its sole owner (zabret.rok14@gmail.com). There are no other users, and no third parties are granted access through it.

2. Data we access

With the owner's explicit consent, the app reads the owner's own health and fitness records from the Google Health API, using read-only access. This may include body measurements (weight, body-fat percentage), activity (steps, distance, active minutes), sleep, resting heart rate and heart-rate variability, blood oxygen, and nutrition (calories and macronutrients) โ€” only where such data exists in the owner's account.

3. Why we access it

The data is used solely to display the owner's own health trends and to compute simple personal summaries and forecasts. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to showing the owner their own data.

4. How data is stored and shared

5. Google API Limited Use

rok-health's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention and deletion

The owner may delete stored data at any time by removing the local database or the Cloudflare D1 database, and may revoke the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all further data collection; data already deleted by the owner is not retained elsewhere.

7. Security

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored only on the owner's own systems and/or in the owner's own Cloudflare account, and are never published or committed to a public repository.

8. Changes

Any material change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
